I apologize for the inconvenience caused. This issue can be resolved by re-installing AVG PC tune up program. I request you to refer this link http://avgread.me/1bsfXsZ and run Tune up remover tool to uninstall AVG PC tune up. You can start a fresh installation of AVG PC tune up again. Please have a look at this link http://avgread.me/1ERJxSd to install AVG PC tune up.

I'm having problems completing AVG maintenance checks.  I get as far as having most of the problems corrected, but when it gets to optimise system and shutdown the screen box freezes then vanishes, replaced by an AVG tune up box, referring to oneclick.exe.  Can anyone help?
