- Have you tried to disable AVG Internet Security components one by one and check which component causing this issue?
- Have you added any program in AVG Tuneup sleep program list?
- Please confirm which program have you disabled completely to sync one drive and dropbox.

This is crazy that there are so many posts about this same thing and yet there's no solution listed anywhere for it.
My OneDrive and Dropbox files aren't syncing. I don't get any errors from either of them or from AVG. They just don't sync. If I disable AVG then they sync just fine.
I found a solution from a non-AVG site about "allowing" those apps. Didn't work.
So... I either disable AVG and leave my device vulnerable or don't disable it and leave my files vulnerable. Not a good situation.
And the fact that I can't directly reach out to tech support myself. Not happy.
