My virus definitions would not update.  At the top of the menu, it said:  The Online Content is unavailable.  Please, check your Internet Connection and try again.

I uninstalled AVG using avgclear.  I reinstalled AVG and it worked until I rebooted my computer, at which time I received the same Online Content error message.  Any ideas on the cause?  I checked services and all the AVG services are running.  My internet connection is fine, no other problems with it.  I disabled Windows firewall and that didn't help.

Is looks like something is creating a firewall rule blocking the UI inbound traffic.  Is this normal?  I deleted the rule, but it did not fix the issue.  Below is a screen capture.
