On December 31, 2016, I purchased AVG Ultimate (Order # 701-6163217). Today I am getting a warning that online shield and email scanner are not active. When I check the settings, they are both enabled. I'm using Windows 10.
When I checked my subscription, the website claims that I don't have a subscription, even though when I log in, it reports the above order number.
How can I get online shield and email scanner working again? Is there an update that I should download? I've only updated virus definitions since purchasing the product in December 2016. I've checked on several occasions but never found any program updates, even though I had been advised via email that an update was coming.
