I again need to clear online shield results.
Do I repeat the process: i.e. use the download removal tool and then log into my account to download AVG?

Hello Rajarajan,
I do not want to share a screenprint…
In my absence someone has been using my computer and I simply want to clear the shield results.
Should I perform a complete uninstall AVG and then install from new - and how do I do this?

Hello Geoff,
You can remove all the results from the "Virus Vault". Please open AVG click on "Options" and select "Virus Vault". From here you can remove all the results.
