Online videos out of synch

I have tried Foirefox as well as Chrome (my main browser) and the same thing happens. I think it's a Windows 10 issue, but hwat is the point of AVG updater if it doesn't stop this kind of problem? It's rather pointless, don't you think? Therefore I am laying some blame on AVG for this happening.

I have Windows 10 OS with AVG updater, and yet my online videos stream out of sync. The longer I watch the further out they go. I've read there's a MS update, but I can't get anything to work off their site. Any ideas?

Hello John.
We'll certainly look into this. Could you let us know since when are you experiencing this issue and do you think an AVG application is causing this? If you do, let us know how did you narrow down this to AVG. Did you try to stream videos in a different web browser to verify the sync issue?

Let us attempt to clarify this for you, John.
AVG Driver Updater helps us to identify & update the out dated drivers installed on your computer. It doesn't interfere with online videos.
Sometimes, this might be a temporary glitch on the streaming website itself.
Would you be so kind to stream the same video in a different device (if possible) to check this?
