The error message that you have mentioned is due to the existing AVG installation is still with the computer. We request you to remove all the earlier installation of AVG using our AVG remover tool http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe

Note: Once the removal of AVG is complete, go to C Drive and delete the AVG remover folder. After which you can install AVG.
After removing the existing AVG, please use the link http://avgread.me/19OHofR to show steps on how to install AVG Ultimate. Please let us know the status of installation.
