I cannot get the AVG Internet Security to open.

This did not work. Gave me an error code of 0xe001f921

I also tried to uninstall and got the same error code.

I am sorry to hear that. Please repair AVG Internet security http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG from the control panel and then check the status.

Appreciate your efforts, but I regret to hear the issue is not resolved. I'd request you to download and run AVG Clear and AVG Remover tools to remove the traces of AVG completely and then re install AVG Ultimate subscription.

Then refer to steps in this link on how to download and install AVG Ultimate.

​Also, I could see that you have separate licenses for AVG Internet Security (3 computers) and AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer). Internet Security and PC TuneUp components are already included in AVG Ultimate package and you need not to pay for them separately. If you would like, I can merge these subscriptions with your AVG Ultimate thus extending the validity period of AVG Ultimate subscription. Revert with your choice to proceed further.
