@Rakshith, I am having exacly the some problem. My AVG is the Business Security installed on a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise domain controller. AVG Remote Admin is also installed on same DC.
It is not everytime I log into the DC, but sometimes same message as the one uploaded by David Loosemore shows up.
I noticed that when the message shows up I cannot run AVG - however Remote Admin runs and reports the host as being available and protected.
I uninstalled AVG, run AVG Clear, install AVG again (with several reboots during this process), reboot again after reinstall AVG, however the message still appears sometimes (this seems amazing to me! Why sometimes and not everytime?).
Any idea?
I have the same problem which started today 24th July 2020.
Windows 7 Pro x64, all updates.

C:\Program
Files\AVG\Antivirus\avg.local_vc142.crt\api-ms-win-crt-multibyte-l1-1-0.dll is either not designed to run on windows or contains an error.

@Santhosh Apologies for my late reply, I have been away on vacation. I had the same message as David above. I solved the problem by re-booting my laptop. Thank you for replying
@Santhosh, I tried several times to create a new post but after clicking on "Post question" this error page is returned:
Can you please tell me how I should proceed if this has already happened in several days?
