Hello Robb,
I understand your concern.
Please send me the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the threat detection pop-up from AVG and let me know the version of AVG installed on your computer.
I will check the same and assist you further with the activation.
Hi all, I'm doing a course with The Open University and on certain pages I'm getting a
"Threat secured" pop up saying "We've safely aborted connection on www.open.edu because it was infected with PNG:CVE-2017-16384[Expl]. More threats may be lurking."
Firstly the connection isn't broken, I can refresh the page or go forwards or backwards.
I've contacted The OU and they are not aware of problem although it's a popular and well used course.
I've had this issue on my laptop running windows 10 and my desk top running windows 7.
Any help gratefully received.
