I keep getting a message that says openhardwaremonitorlib.sys has been blocked due to vulnerabilities. It recommends a fix to disable vulnerability drivers which seems risky.
This started a few days ago and I can't correct it. What do I do?

Here is a screen shot of what I get.
This started about 3 days ago and is random but consistent. It doesn’t matter what I am doing. It comes up about every 2 minutes consistently.
I don’t know a list of AVG programs I have installed. How do I find that out? I think I just have the free version.
