I am sorry to hear that. Please check this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance on how to activate AVG TuneUp Unlimited. If you don't have the "Connect" option on AVG main console, you will see your email address at the top. Please click on your email address, select "Leave the network" and you will see the "Connect" option. Please click on that and activate it with your Myaccount credentials.

When I hit the menu button on the right corner of the dashboard I do not find "connect". I just purchased the annual program for speeding up my computer but cannot figure out how to start i running.
