Do you suspect AVG is blocking your email attachments from opening?
If yes, we request you to disable AVG temporarily and check if you are able to open the attachments.
To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and click on the toggle switch to "Disable Protection".
If the issue persists, you need to check your email settings.
Does anyone has a problem with opening attachments on email: I have a dialogue box which states "The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in this computer. Please contact your administrator.
