From your description, we see that you've hibernated Adobe, while optimizing the computer using AVG TuneUp.
Please follow the below steps to wake the program & let us know if it helps :
Open AVG TuneUp - Speed up tile - Show background & startup programs - Scroll down to find programs that are sleeping - Expand it by clicking on arrow beside it - Check if Adobe is listed - If listed, click on Wake beside it & then ignore the app from subsequent scans (at top, in the same page).
When I want to open Word or Adobe Acrobat documents I get a pop up message that the program is "woke" and will go back to sleep when I finish the document Also often when I open a document it only stays open a short time and then closes forcing me to open again and having to rush whatever I am doing before it closes. Any advice how I can stop these programs being put to sleep.
