I have a customer who cannot connect via OpenVPN anymore since Jan, 06, 2021. Today we found out, that the connection is blocked by AVG Antivirus Firewall. How can we use OPenVPN now?

We'd request you to repair AVG to resolve the issue.
If the issue persists, please consider reinstalling the AVG software.

Thank you for you quick answer. Yes, I disabled AVG Antivirus and after that the connection was built up. This is how I knew that AVG is the reason for not connecting. I get the errot code 10054 in OpenVPN when I try to connect from within the network via DynDNS to the Router. Everything else works. DynDNS, port forwarding etc. I changed nothing.
