OpenVPN unpossible to connect

I purchased a license (avg internet security) and a problem with it. I use openvpn, which stopped connecting after installing antivirus. Moreover, if you disable the antivirus, run openvpn, and then enable the antivirus, then everything works. How can I configure an antivirus so that it does not interfere with the work of openvpn?
