Operating System corruption with AVG Tuneup and AVG AntiTracking

I have the same issue. I ran avg tuneup and several system files were deleted including system restore. Windows 10 is not curropt and will not open applications. What is the fix to this?

I have used these programme successfully  for some time but recent updates same to conflict with my windows 10 system and have apparently corrupted the system. I have had to remove these programmes and had my system restored. I reinstalled the programmes and the same thing happened. 

I like the idea of the anti tracking - is there any solution to this?
