Good morning madam, gentlemen,
On May 22, 2018 received an invoice on old email joop@johannesbartels.nl address of: 79.99 euros which is no longer activated with order number 8979245510, also the AVG protection is not activated!
Now debited from my VISA account a new amount of 89.99 euros.
Also no interim price changes received
I hereby cancel my subscription with immediate effect and expiry date of 15 May 2020.
Relying on restitution of the above amount.
