Geachte heer, mevrouw,

Hierbij zeg ik mijn AVG Internet Security abonnement, licentienummer AC4JU4-2UTGC2-4H482S, met ingang van 21 maart 2021 op. Hierbij voldoe ik aan de wettelijk voorgeschreven opzegtermijn van 1 maand. Ik ben mij ervan bewust dat ik u nog 1/12 deel van het abonnement ad E 89,99 is E  7,50 verschuldigd ben. Graag verneem ik van u hoe ik dit bedrag aan u kan overmaken. Tevens ontvang ik graag van u een bevestiging van deze opzegging.
