Orange exclamation mark on Icon

Hello 

Since yesterday when my AVG Free has finished scanning, I've noticed there is a round shaped orange exclamation mark which has suddenly appeared over the AVG icon at the bottom. Although it states it is protected with the green notification that still appears when I mouse over it, 

I think it is to do with fixing performance problems but as this feature is not included in the AVG Free Edition I was wondering if there is a way to stop this appearing after each scan? as it  never used to appear after scanning until yesterday. I've also tried the repair function but it still appears.

There is no need to worry about this, the issue is with our AVG icon interface, your computer will be protected from all types of malwares.
