order # 30-1806668 4-10-15  got  email  saying  tuneup to expire  in 30 days ,my invoice said  1 year not sure why i got this message. please advise 39.99  also have invoice oder#29-1800441 for tuneup that said  1 compuer  for 24 months.  what did i do wrong.
