Thank you for contacting us here. You can either manually run the maintenance scan or schedule it. Please open AVG PC TuneUp, click on Settings at the top and click on "Automatic maintenance" on the left pane menu. The other tuneups must be done manually.
Please note that it does not mean your PC performance is low as the PC Tuneup reports only 57% tuned up. It shows 100% only after you apply all the recommended settings by PC Tuneup to your PC. It is not mandatory that you need all of those settings suggested by PC Tuneup and when you ignore some settings, the performance meter will go down.
I have signed up for Pro Tune Up. Question: Are the tune-ups performed automatically or do I need to go into AVG and request this be done?
Question: I was told not to put any programs to sleep, so I am showing only 57% has been scanned. Is this normal?
