I have ordered from TuneUp newsletter a year's subscription AVG performance as upgrade for my TuneUp 2014 and paid through GlobalCollect. The order number is 36-3431928. Unfortunately I can not find the download for the product in AVG MyAccount. TuneUp newsletter GobalCollect and CleverBridge have stated in writing that they have nothing to do with my order. GlobalCollect has confirmed the routes the order to AVG with date 11…08.2014.
I want my money back because they do not deliver.
