Dear Sir, i would like to declare that Mr Lo Chee Chung of email locheechung78@gmail.com is no longer have any relationship with me at all. On August 2020 he send a request to AVG Center to cancell all the softwares purchased from AVG center including 1) AVG password protection,2) AVG Internet Security 3) AVG Antitrack 4) AVG Secure VPN etc and request AVG center to refund the payment he had been paid for the above softwares, 
This really make me very sad and disappointed  because i really need the above softwares to protect my computers, therefore i decided to use my own credit card to repurchased the above softwares on Oct 2020 which he had cancelled from AVG Center, but what make me confused is my new purchased 1) AVG internet security still use the old licence number which belong to Mr Lo Chee Chung of email locheechung78@gmail.com instead of giving me a new licence number and it stated "locheechung78@gmail.com" is sharing this subscription with you", and so as  AVG Secure VPN, may i know what happen? 
Could you please help me to solve the above problems?
