Hello Hal. I am sorry to hear that. Could you please let me know whether you have received any error message while activating the new license number?

I have tried to activate my renewal but system will not accept new license no and order is not listed in my profile. Visa account has been debited so it is paid yet I get system error 65535.
Have checked licennce no, and find no error. One problem may be with my email address, when I first used your service it was halemp@bigpond.com.au, Now the au had been dropped and is just com.
Please advise.
