This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products. On checking your account, we see that you have active AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) and AVG Internet Security (1 computer) . Could you please let us know whether you have installed AVG Zen in your computer?

My AVG Zen cover is due to run out tomorrow.  I renewed yesterday, and cannot update my AVG.  In my account I can find where to download my invoice but not order.  When I try to download the order from my AVG account as instructed, it says there is nothing there.
Help!
