Order not showing in history or subscriptions

My subscription for AVG 2017 is not showing in My Account or My Order History. I have already installed it on my primary PC successfully a few weeks ago, and I went to make sure it was installed on the second PC in the house today, but I am unable to access my unlimited PC subscription through My Account or Order History to install it on the second PC.

Please be informed that the issue's with the My Account will not affect the installation of your subscription's with other device's. Have you received any error message while installing the program on other device? If so please provide us with a screenshot so that we could assist you better. Please follow the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot to create the screenshot.
