Every time I try and email or send a question directly to AVG Support, I am directed here. I have paid the $29.99 for the 70% promotion for one of their products (AVG Ultimate, I believe.) and while I received a receipt from PayPal, and my online banking shows the money was taken, but there's absolutely no trace of it on my AVG account. The history and subscription options in my account say that there's nothing to show, that I have made no purchases. I don't know if there's a wait or not, or what's going on. The only email I received from AVG is one that was asking me to confirm my email. I can't seem to contact AVG, so I'm really not sure what to do at this point. Any help would be great. Thank you.

While verifying your account you have AVG Ultimate (1 year) as your active subscription.
