I keep getting emails saying that AVG wants me back. I thought that I had renewed for two years and upon looking back I found an email from April 3, 2018 where I had renewed. In the email from AVG acknowledging my purchase, the email said that my license number was being generated and that it wouldn't take more than 48 hours. I can't find any emails where I received a license number. Can you check to see what the status of my order is?

When I open AVG I'm still getting this message. Is this correct ?User-added image

It seems that some of the components of AVG is not active.

Please click on "Fix now" and check if you see "Fully Protected" message.

If it still shows as "Not Protected", please run AVG repair avgclick.me/RepairAVG and check.
