To my understanding, when I ordered AVG Ultimate my subscription AVG Secure VPN and AVG Tune Up would be unsubscribed. To my surprise € 69,99 was taken off  my account for AVG Secure VPN. Why was this subscription renewed?
Can you please return the € 69,99 into my account?
