Order Tuneup and secure VPN

Sunday I ordered Order Tuneup and secure VPN:
I paid with my bank account.
Then the site gave an error.
I didn't receive an email with the details.
The money payment is done, that do i see on my account.
How do I get the email with the details to activate?
