I ordered AVG Tune Up for two computers. I could not download the product so I assumed that I did not get it. Recent credit card bill showed me that I did purchase it. Tried to download and use product again and could not. Would cancel but I understand that the two year subscription fee would not be reimbursed. Any suggestion?
