We see from your record that you have AVG Protection active in your account till 5/15/2017.It seems that the AVG program in your computer may not be activated, Please open the AVG Zen interface and check if you are able to see your email address at the top right corner of the AVG Zen interface, if you see your email address, please click on the same and sign out from your AVG MyAccount and sign in again and see if that fix the issue.

I ordered in may AVG protection multidevice (1 year subcription) When i look in my account i receive a message that I do not have any protection or that it is downgrades to AVG performance Free. The reason for this is that my order has been annulated or it is passed over the date. This is very strange because i payd for one year in may 2016.
What is wrong here?

We regret for the inconvenience caused. Since you have mentioned that you have downgraded to AVG free version in this case, we would request you to remove installed AVG program in your system with including old AVG traces from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Protection.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like AVAST,NORTON, McAfee or KASPERSKY means please try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled from your system,try to follow the steps which mentioned below.
Remover and Download
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
Thank you for your answer but i only see that my prtection has been dowgraded to AVG performanze free. On my computer I have not my email adress in the Zen interface.
What can I do more?
