AVG TuneUp has installed and is activated.
When I try to install Driver Updater in Windows 10, I go through the process and click finish, nothing happens.
In en it tells me that it is purchased but not installed. I press install and then the green bar goes back and forth forever with nothing happening.

I purchased DriverUpdater and AVG Tuneup. The programs will not install within the main Zen site; just a green bar going back and forth saying "Installing".
Other programs are installed and working. Why aren't the above?
After I download and try to install the file, I have "run driver updater" checked and press finish, nothing happens.
The program is not listed in control panel, and no shortcuts are created.

Could you check whether there is shortcut icon in the name "AVG Driver Updater" on your desktop screen?
If yes, double click and check whether you get the program interface opened.
If you do not such icon, do install AVG driver updater through this https://www.avg.com/en-us/download-thank-you.php?product=DUR link.
Keep us informed about the status.
