To make it easier, I would like to provide a recommendation which is merging all your existing subscription and provide a single product named AVG Ultimate Unlimited devices that has both Internet Security and PC TuneUp program in it.
It can be installed on unlimited computers running on windows PC and Mac.
It can be installed on unlimited Android smartphones and tablets.
It cannot be installed on iPhones, iPads and windows mobiles.
If you give me a confirmation, I can escalate the request to sales team to merge your subscription.
If the product is merged we will help you to activate AVG Ultimate on your PC.
I updated my AVG Anti-Virus (order # 701-9266263 but when I go to download AVG tells me it is not compatable with an existing program. I paid 73.99 CAD for this and I am still told my AVG system is out of date. Also please check my account. It seems to me I am paying every few months not 2 years.
At on time I had two different accounts running parallel so am wondering it that is still going on though I was told it was corrected.
