May I know if it is from AVG or Windows that you are receiving message asking to update? Please provide the screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the message and AVG interface to assist you further.

Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I keep getting messages that I need to update my virus definitions but when I bring up the AVG page it says " You are fully protected" how come?
