Outdated build or not? how to confirm what the app says

It seems AVG Internet Security isn't updated in the computer. Please restart computer and check with the recent build date.
If you still receive the same buid date, please try manual update and restart computer again.

How do I confirm whether or not I actually have the current updated app build? Right now, my AVG says that I am fully updated with the most recent build (Sept 18 2019 release) but it also says that I need to restart to enable some security features. It was fine just an hour ago. Does not appear to have updated anything, was not running a scan, just suddenly I need to restart. Do I actually have the most recent build or not? I used to be able to check the website to confirm the build numbers and I can't do that anymore. Can't find the numbers anywhere, and my google-fu is not that strong.

I have restarted, and while AVG no longer says I need to restart, it also still says the most recent app update was the Sept 18, 2019 build. I have checked for updates, it says it's up to date. I'm fairly sure you've released at least one or two app updates since then, how do I find out for sure? The virus definitions, at least, do seem to regularly update since the most recent release date for that is today (1/14/2020).

I would like to inform that you have the latest application version and virus definition installed on your PC, the application update was released on Sept 19, 2019. If there is any updates in the future, it will be notified on the interface.
