The updated program version for AVG Internet Security is: 19.8.3108 released on 19 Sept.2019.
We are unable to verify your build version (19.8.4793.547) in the previous message. This is the reason why we have provided you remote support, as build version is frequently updated. Your AVG Internet Security build version is up to date

Ive just come off Remote Support (with Prathap) who told me the complete opposite to you. He says my Application Program version 19.8.3108-build 19.8.4793.547 dated Release 19 Sept.2019 is the most recent Update.
Why doesn't everyone from AVG 'sing from the same songsheet'?? There would be less Community posts and less work for you too.

Yes, you need to reinstall AVG Internet Security and check with the update.
We have sent an email with steps to connect with our remote support. Please check your inbox/spam for the email.
I have already tried the above instructions given in your link. I have also tried to Repair. The Application/Build date remains at September 2019.
If you need me to uninstall then reinstall my AVG Internet Security i will need you to do it via Remote assistance. Please give link if this is the case.
