OUTGOING email blocked don't have firewall installed

Yes avg disabled fixed the problem.ISP and I disabled 1 at a time(all security programs and ad blockers. Good news is there is a pattern … bad news is it is ALL out going email attachment simple text only everything

Brad, Have you actually tried disabling AVG (http://avgclick.me/TempDisableAVG) to ensure that it's the culprit?.

According to my isp avg is blocking all my outgoing email since I don't have avg firewall installed disableing that won't fix the problem.They suggested I change to a different free antivirus. Any suggestions to help me keep avg?

Just to be sure we are on the same page … when I disable AVG there is NO problem …  out going email works fine … when I re-enable AVG the problem reappears

Hello Brad. This type of error is something related with your Outlook, could you please follow the instructions mentioned in this Microsoft support link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/278637? Hope this will work.

Hello Brad, sorry to know that your outgoing emails are blocked by AVG. Do you see any pattern in blocked e-mails (e.g. specific attachment, destination, or are they just random e-mails)?
