My outgoing email has been blocked by my ISP as when I log into my email up to 50 spam messages are sent from my Windows Live 2012 Mail (the same happens when I have changed to Outlook) I find this strange as all 4 of my devices display this problem.
I have never had a problem by using AVG Anti Virus (Free version) and a full system scan picked up no threats.
I am using Windows 10 on a POP 3 server.
Hope you can help, as my ISP is just blaming the condition on a virus.
