10.06.2019 - Just upgraded from AVG 2016 to AVG 2019 Free Antivirus, Software version 19.5.3093 (build 19.5.4444.503).  Problem now is my MS Outlook 2010 takes 30 seconds to open and will not send / receive.  If I turn off AVG Email Shield and Self-Defense then Outlook starts immediately and also sends / receives ok.  I am now left with an up to date AVG product that I cannot use to protect my mail system.  Any help please?
