Outlook 2010 cannot send anymore messages

Hello Jean,
I am sorry to hear that you are unable to send emails through Outlook. Please Right-click the AVG icon in the system tray next to the clock and Turn off the protection temporarily. Then check whether you are able to send Emails after disabling AVG program completely.

since i downloaded the new software i cannot send email trough Outlook 2010 version keep getting error message 0x800CCC6F , 554SMTP and saying server is unavaliable
