Outlook 2010 does not work since upgrade of 4-2017

Hi Michael,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, please disable AVG Ultimate once and check the issue. Select the AVG icon on your system tray right beside your clock and right click on it and then turn it "OFF". You can find answer to your question together with your another post here. Before upgrade of  AVG Ultimate (4-24-2017) Outlook 2010 worked perfectly, with proper scanning/ deletion of junk, etc.

Since upgrade Outlook 2010 fails to function or functions slowly, Hdo I get back to previous version of AVG Ultimate???
