Outlook 2010 problem. Win 7 x64

Hi

Since a few windows updates in early Jan, I keep getting the outlook had a problem and will close down message whilst Outlook is downloading messages 

If i disable email protect in AVG  - no problem. But that can't be the solution

anyone else have the same issue?
