I apologize for the inconvenience. Please disable each component in AVG Interent Security (AVG > Menu> Settings > Components) and check which component is blocking Outlook. Also, please open Ransomware protection (Click Hacker Protection tile and select the settings under Ransomware) and check if Outlook is enabled or not (If not please allow Outlook)

I had to disable AVG to get Outlook 2016 to work.
When I turn on AVG, Outlook no longer works.
MS Research (Level 2) is aware of this, but offers no fix.
Does someone have a fix?
