Outlook 2016 is not opening while AVG Internet Security is ON

Hello, Besim.

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please check if AVG firewall is configured with below recommended settings or not.

Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Network Profile and change it to Private.
Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Policies->System Rules and set all rules to "Enabled".

Make sure the above settings are applied and let us know if the issue persist.

Hi
I have a problem to open Outlook 2016 which is connected to Exchange 2013 server while the AVG Internet Security is ON.
I am using Windows 10 Pro
All the time is asking for password and either i enter password to popup window nothing happen.
When i disable the AVG everything working fine.
Any one know how to fix this problem?

I have made changes but still same problem. I have started PC but same no any changes. I have deinstalled the AVG and reinstalled once again but no changes.
