I would prefer before you tinker if we have a strategy.  Please tell me the most likely three causes that it may be, that your team would like to investigate first.  Thank you.

I have recently reinstalled AVG and I love it!  Although, my problem solving leads me to conclude that AVG is unfiling my emails and placing them back in the inbox.   Even after I have switched off the toggle switch to email shield and restarted my computer.  

Please help! I have tried troubleshooting for weeks, all roads lead to AVG here. Sorry.

Good Morning, Thank you. 
I receive email timely, although when filing and deleting my messages inside my inbox, periodically outlook will freeze, become nonresponsive for a few minutes.  Secondly, after toggling between inbox and outlook file folders, trash, junk, etc... randomly my recently filed messages will return to my inbox as if I have not organized or deleted the messages. I'm in a constant state of Deja-Vu.    To the point, I have recently removed AVG completely, and the problem did not reoccur for some time.  Now after reinstalling AVG, the problem returns.   Further, I have disabled Email Shield and made the Outlook 365 Add On disabled to be doubly sure, but that action did not resolve the problem.  Thanks in advance, W

We have already disabled the AVG and each components individually in your AVG program.

Since the issue keeps repeating, we have asked you to connect with our remote session, where we can reinstall the program and check whether AVG is causing this issue.

If the issue persist, we will escalate the case to our Senior team by collecting the System logs.

It will be quite easy for us to perform these troubleshooting steps if you connect with our remote session.

Please tell me if AVG has any previous experience with a similar problem with office 365 outlook email -unfiling back to the inbox.

Please turn off the AVG from the system tray (bottom right corner) and check for the issue again.

If the issue persist, please try to turn off component individually and try to send the email again.

To analyze the issue further, we request you to connect with us remotely. Our technician will check the situation on your computer and also collect AVG Logs if necessary so that we can escalate the case to our Senior Team. If the e-mail is not found in your inbox, do check your spam/junk fodlers as well. Thank you.
