On 4/19/2020 I was receiving SPAM emails in Outlook, I used the rules to move the items out of my Inbox to the junk folder and to the deleted folder… I went to use outlook and I get a username or password error. I did not change anything. I suspect that Spectrum support has disabled my account. I;m asking you because AVG has EMail protection enabled but only if the email has the word "VIRUS" in it.
I have the Basic protection my Desktop.
