I will certainly help you with this issue. If you have received an email and if it is moved to junk/spam folder by the inbuilt spam filter in your email account. If your email has been moved to junk/spam it cannot be considered as your account being hacked. If you think there has been some suspicious activity I would strongly recommend to you change your password to be more secure.

Received an email in my Junk folder. I tried to block and delete. I think my hotmail account has been hacked. I am 74 years old and not tech savvy. I've had this email account for 27 years. Need help to resolve this problem. Thank you
