I have AVG Free 2015 running on both a laptop and a PC. Both have Windows 7 and Office 2010 and have the AVG Add-In for MS Outlook installed and running. I check the same 2 email accounts using Outlook on both computers.
AVG placed a virus vault into the Outlook email on my laptop and it has caught several viruses. However AVG did not place a virus vault into the Outlook email on my PC so these same viruses came through. I have tried installing and uninstalling both the Add-In and AVG Free on my PC but it still never places the virus vault into Outlook. I am pretty frustrated because AVG catches the viruses on one computer but then they get through on the other. Please help!
